Is cinnamon bun frosting vegetarian?!


Question: Is cinnamon bun frosting vegetarian!?
I know that poptart frosting has gelatin in it, and they are sort of similiar, so is it the same with the frosting for cinnamon buns or no!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unfortunately, all of their baked products contain lecithin, which is a beef derived additive used as a "dough conditioner" that makes the dough easy to work with!. Most of their products also contain some type of dairy product, such as eggs or milk!. So it isn't a very vegan-friendly place!.

"our rich brown sugar and cinnamon filling"
"we use top-quality ingredients, including farm-fresh eggs and pure vegetable margarine"
"our secret-recipe cream cheese frosting"

My *guess* is, there is no gelatin!.

You might want to make a trip to your local grocery store and look at some boxes for list of ingredients!. I'm sure there are more than one way to make the frosting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're vegan, the frosting probably has gelatin and egg!.
