Ok, so i got addicted to these things! Its like eating candy or something but its water!. Is it healthy chewing, eating ice cubes!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

well chewing it can crack a tooth which is bad!.but the waters good!. the good thing about ice cubes r u can make things besides water in them like here are a few:
orange juice
coke
kool aide
apple juice
lemonade
ice tea
tea
limeade
raspberry juice(almost any juice u can use)

Clean water is always good for you!.

Eating ice cubes you made yourself is OK but the ones that come from ice machines in bars & resturants you have to be a bit suspect of you don't know how often they change/clean the water filter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eating ice cubes habitually can be an indicator that you are anemic, (an iron deficiency) I would see a doctor!. If everything is fine, chomp away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This can be a sign of anemia or other dietary deficiencies!. Speak with a doctor!. I was told the same thing, ignored it and wound up quite ill before finally consulting our doctor - who diagnosed anemia!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
