Question: If I am adding linseed to oats do I need to cook them together or can just eat them raw with some milk!?

It says I need to soak them overnight but also says you can add linseed to baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you should add the linseed oil at the last minute and not cook it at all!. Heating it changes it in ways that make it less edible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
