Should i drink whole fat milk or low fat milk?!

Question: Should i drink whole fat milk or low fat milk!?
basically I am a male (20 years of age) who weighs about 100 pounds (yes I am very light weighted) I've always tried to gain weight but my metabolism rate is extremely high!. My question is which milk is better for me to gain weight!? Low fat milk or whole fat milk!? I ask this question because my science teacher once mentioned to our class that all of us should be drinking 2% milk or low fat milk because whole fat is extremely unhealthy for us!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your science teacher is right!! You may gain weight drinking whole milk, but it's artery clogging! Stop trying to throw fat onto yourself and start taking protein powder, you may still be skinny but at least you'll be built! Feed yourself when you are hungry & stop feeding into this whole you must look a certain way to be beautiful!. Trust me, if you are happy with yourself other people will be as well :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The extra fat isn't good if you have high cholesterol !.!.!.!.!.!.!.and being thin does NOT mean that you have low cholesterol! You should have your cholesterol tested; if it's below normal, then whole milk would be better for you to gain weight (it also tastes better)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drink 2% milk but use whole milk to cook with in order to gain weight!. Use it to make cream soups, oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, pancakes, waffles, Au Gratin or Scalloped potatoes, ect!.
