have hardboiled eggs not fried
have grilled chicken not deep fried
have sugar free jellies not the sugar loaded ones
use sweet and low or splenda

A grilled chicken salad!. Or salad with some type of grilled meat (you don't have to starve yourself, just portion meats wisely)!. NOTHING FRIED!
