Answers:
if you have been consistantly eating bad foods for a while my health teacher said that that can make you feel sick every time you eat!. schedule your doctors appointment but he may tell you to try to eat good for a week, see if anything changes, and report back to him!. so my advice would be to eat good for a week, drink a lot water (64oz a day), eat whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean meats (no skin, not fried, like white chicken, salmon), healthy nuts like almonds, pecans, walnuts, and non fat dairy products (milk, yogurt)

for the whole grains the best thing i've found is shredded wheat n bran with non fat milk and slice a banana on top!. also do exercise an hour to two hours afterwards!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There could be several reasons for this!. You should go to the doctor and get checked out!. The main reason you want to go is that either 1) you can get treated, problem solved, and not worry anymore or 2) get medication, get a problem under control and not worry anymore!.

Either way, if you've had ongoing indigestion for 2 weeks, you need to see a doctor!. It could become something serious, and then you'll go to the hospital, and I'm sure you really don't want that!.

For the time being, try eating small meals more frequently (about 6 times a day), and cut out as much fat as you can, including oils, butter, fried foods and fatty meats!. Stick to fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats (poultry, fish) and fiber-rich grains!. That should help with your discomfort until you can get checked out!. I know, it sounds like the anti-male diet, doesn't it!?

If you'd like more information, I highly recommend the symptom checker at WebMD!. It's not always totally accurate (it misdiagnosed my hiatal hernia - note, it's not a hiatus hernia, it's hiatal - but overall it's good and can give you more helpful suggestions!. - http://www!.webmd!.com)

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

See a doctor!. I used to get sick after eating, saw a doctor and found out i was lactose intolerant!. maybe your system can't handle something you are eating!. i could be as easy as eliminating one thing from your diet!. or maybe you have a bug or something that would need a doctor's attention anyways!.
Good luck!
