probably 3 !.!.!.!.Malitol (sp!?) can be really devastating:) But alot of ANY sugar-free candy will work the same way; just not as quickly as chocolateWww@FoodAQ@Com
None, you really should not be eating sugar-free anything as artificial sweeteners are worse for you than sugar, plus they taste fake and leave an awful aftertaste in your mouth!. Eat real chocolate and just limit yourself to a couple of pieces at a time!.
