Nope, they are actually called 'pimientos'!. It's the Spanish word for sweet red pepper, but I think that often they are not actually peppers but are some sort of material made from peppers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Peppers that are red & sweet!. That is the actual name of the pepper!. The are cooked and stuffed into pitted olives, popular for horderves(party foods & snacks)!.
