Answers:
If it's concentrated, that means that the water content has been lowered by some sort of process!.

Think of frozen concentrated orange juice!. The water's been taken away, giving you a strong orange juice that now needs water!. On the other hand, you could use that o!.j!. from the can as is in recipes to give a bit of orange kick!.

To make a good pasta sauce, sautee some onions and garlic, maybe mushrooms and/or green peppers!. Add the puree, and possible some water, depending on how thick you want your sauce!. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and le voila, a delicious sauce for pasta!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can enhance the plain tomato puree: in a sauce pan saultee onion till they get transparent!. Add the puree, salt, pepper and a bay leaf (optional) Oregano is good too, but be carefull, a little bit goes a long way!. I also use a little garlic!.
Pour the sauce over the pasta a srinkle grate parmegean cheese!.
I lived in Italy for a while and they do not OVER DO the sauce like americans do!. Just enough to to be able to taste both pasta and sauce!. Bon Apetit!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try adding

sweet basil
Oregano
Italian seasoning
2 or 3 leaves bay leaf
garlic powder
onion powder

Start with 1/4 teaspoon of each let it cook about 10 minutes and try it!. I don't know how much puree you are using so I can't give you exact measurements!.

Fry up some Italian sausage, drian it and add it to the sauce and you'll have a great spaghetti sauce too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sure it does if mix it together with the right herbs and stuff!.

I'm not much of a cook, but I do know, that cheese usually makes pasta taste good!.
