Ice cream is a pretty big weakness of mine aswell, so don't feel bad :)

Usually, I buy a sort of ice cream that I'm not crazy for, but still really like!. That way, I get sick of it faster, and I don't eat it as much!.

But, really good ice cream (like Cold Stone Creamery if you've heard of it) I usually only get on very special occassions if I do really good on something, or had a seriously sucky day!.

I suppose it helps if you don't live by an ice cream parlor, or any place that sells ice cream cones!.!.!. But, if you're eating it twice, and work out at least 5 times in that week (of course it depends on how long, and what kind of work out you do) you're probably totally fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe once a week!? It just depends if we have any at home, since some weeks no1 wants any and other times, every1 finishes 3 containers in 2 days lol!. I like Breyer's Double Churned Ice Cream's, but if I'm being health conscience!.!.I like mango sorbet! =) don't get the store brand, it's not the same for the mango sorbet lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually have ice cream once a week, and if I'm going to eat ice cream I may as well do it thoroughly and go to Cold Stone!. Most times I get French Vanilla with Brownies and coconut!. But sometimes I get a little wild and add Oreos!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i only eat it like once every other week, only like a treat or something of that nature!Www@FoodAQ@Com
