Sushi is not fattening - fish isn't fattening, and you shouldn't have to worry about the carbs either becuase the amount of rice on sushi rolls is minimal!. Its delicious so enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a sushi lover and from experience know that It's usually not fattening you should get it with fih for protein but if you a vegetarian like me you should get vegetable sushi,It's actually quite organic and healthy :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

if u get too much nigiri u might get kinda bloated from all the rice but sashimi isnt fattening unless u eat too much of it
anyway, too much of anything isnt good
