How to curb a junk food addict's cravings?!
All I've today was basically 900 calories of junk!.
1 large slice of cheesecake!.
1 nutty butty bar
Hoot'n Honey Cereal with 1/2 cup milk
1 Taco Stick
1/2 Banana
1 Peach Wedge
Already walked 2 miles this morning and walking 3 miles at 7PM!. Should I just avoid food for the rest of the day!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with cutie101- you can still have junk food but try to get a better variety of it!. The cereal, milk, banana and peach were good choices, by the way!. 5 miles of walking probably burned off the other choices, so I wouldn't worry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Don't starve yourself!. Do your best to curb your cravings for sweet by eating fruit!. If you like yogurt or cottage cheese, I really like fresh fruit (melon, especially) over cottage cheese with a drizzle of honey!.
Try to eat more vegetables and whole grains!. If you crave salty and crunchy, try a salad with vinaigrette!.
It's better to eat well and exercise, if you can!. Keep a food diary for awhile and see if you can find any patterns in how you eat!. When do you eat the junk!? When do you want sweet!? Salty!? Fatty!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

ice cream>lowfat frozen yogurt
also eat foods w/ lots of fiber>shredded wheat cereal
(get mini wheats-cinammon -yum!) with skim milk
lowfat chocolate chunk granola bars!.!.

replace junk food with veggies and or healthy snack foods
it took me a long time to adust but i feel 100 percent better
