also, water is in your blood, in your brain, even a little in your lungs!.
Without water, your body would not function properly!.
Your brain needs water to keep the blood flowing to it!. Without it, you can suffer from dehydration, and, eventually, pass out, and, in worse-case scenarios, die from dehydration!.
