Cutural stations for a wedding?!
My fiance and I love food!. We are planning an Indian wedding in the spring time (in addition to a normal wedding), on his parents estate, and were planning to get full Indian fare catered by Dawat (and already paid for most of it, also has anyone eat here!?) They are making fresh naan and tandoor parenthas for the guests with a tandor in toe!. We instead decided to do a bunch of different kinds of distinct foods, like a Japenese stir fry station with chefs for example!.
Can someone think of other ideas for stations!? Prices doesn't really concern (as long as its not a 15,000 caviar bar haha)Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about:
- Italian station (with different pastas & sauces!.!.!.and the person can mix & match as they please)!. You can also have antipasti platters (olives, cheeses, meats!.!.!.etc!.)
- French station (french onion soup, toasted baguette pieces with gruyère cheese melted on top, croque monsieurs, baked chicken with thyme & rosemary, [little pastries, like: clafoutis, begnets, tarts, éclairs!.!.!.])
- Spanish station (empanadas, assorted tapas, Sangria [my personal fav!], fresh veggies with guacamole, sour cream, salsa!.!.!. a nachos dip station)
- Japanese station (I know you already mentioned it above!.!.!.but you could include also a sushi station, fresh edamame, saki, miso soup + your stirfry)
- Eastern Europe/Russian station: Goulash, caviar, Premium Vodka, peroghies with sour cream and onions, cabbage soup, beetroot borsch, Beef Stroganoff)

mexican and indian are my favorites!. there are some good african dishes that offer a sweeter flavor!. you could also do it by food!. beef from around the world, or fish dishes prepared 10 different ways, that could be interesting to get to compare how 10 different cultures would prepare the same basic ingredients!. don't forget to have an italian station for all the boring people who won't eat the more colorful dishes!. ooh and don't forget about all the yummy soups in the world!. you could even have a couple drinks at each station from that area too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
sushi bar (japanese), kebabs with tabboule (middle eastern), pasta station (italian), fajita station (tex-mex), fish and chips (british), fondue station (french)
