Usually, i just pull off the sticky skin and eat them raw WITH the bones!. It is crunchier!.

Frogs Legs are very expensive, and if you have access to suitable frogs it would certainly pay you to take off the legs (the only part use) and wash and chill them and sell them to a French restaurant!. Curently in Britain they sell for twenty times the price of chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wel, last time we had frogs, we made a stew out of them in 7th grade biology class- the formemdahide was great seasoning!
