Question: Ideas for a quick, easy, healthy breakfast!.!.!.!?
I'm looking for something I can take to work with me to eat at my desk!. I don't have a lot of time in the morning for cereal or eggs!. I'm trying to eat healthier so any suggestions are appreciated!Www@FoodAQ@Com

fat free yogourt (great because you can buy the individual tubs so you can just bring one with you as you need) with some fruit and granola (put fruit and granola in tupperware containers and just pour yogourt over them when you are ready to eat)
low fat granola/cereal bar and some fruitWww@FoodAQ@Com

I used to skip breakfast due to no time and have a cereal bar at my desk!.!.!.not the healthiest way to go!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but I have made a habit to have a bowl of oatmeal or Cheerios before I head out!. You can make time, neither takes more than 10 minutes!! Get up a few minutes earlier!. They both are full of fiber and keep me full all morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
