Cheap, buy in bulk, buy a large pack of meat, maybe go to the butchers and buy a large BBQ pack, divide into portions and freeze what you dont need for tonight!. Use plenty of vegetables to give weight to the meal, plus its healthy, although never buy more fresh fruit and vegetables than you can eat in 3 days, and make meals based on whats in your cupboard already, so dont go out and buy a special sauce if your only going to use it once for that dish!. Serve your meals with Pasta, potatoes or rice as they are the main stay of any meal, plus their cheap and more importantly filling and nutritious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am in a similar situation-my oldest moved out to go to college and he was the "eater" in our house!. Now it's just me and a thin 15 yo that won't eat much!. I had to change how I shopped and learn how to make small meals!. By individual cuts of meat--if fish have it cut into portion sizes and wrapped individually!. You can get steaks, beef, chops the same way from the meat section of your grocery store!. Veggies are pretty easy--steam fresh ones (you control the portions), if you want fresh rolls/bread--get the frozen type that allow you to only bake what you will eat!. Breakfast is pretty easy too!. Eggs, toast, cereal, etc!.!. Hope that helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com
I like chicken and rice, and chicken and carrot pilaf, and keilbasa and cabbage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
