I've been getting bad stomach gases...why is that?!
After I eat food, my stomach feels all bloated and it really hurts quite a bit!. The only way to get rid of it is by burping it all out, and sometimes I even have to press on my stomach!. Now, I'm a skinny guy, and I don't have a great diet!. Not that I eat junk food; I just don't have enough variety!. My main meal is honey bunches of oats with skim milk!. This does sometimes give me stomach gases, but it seems to more often then it used to!. I got it worse from life cereal, and honey nut cheerios!. I don't really see the connection other than milk (they're all different types of cereal)!. I also get it from small granola bars (chewy quaker)!. Out of all of these, my main meal (honey bunches of oats) is the least harmful, but it still gives me that feeling!. Other things don't, such as meat, waffles, and fruit!. I don't really eat anything else since I am extremely picky when it comes to food!. Any idea what is making my stomach get bloated!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you are probably gulping too much air, i!.e!. when you are drinking or walking , you also seem to be obsessed with oats, why not try a rice cereal or for that matter why not have a few tests by your Doctor and let him tell you what the problem is, that will be the safest thing to doWww@FoodAQ@Com
It sounds to me as if you could be allergic to wheat or dairy!. You could go to a naturopath who would actually sort out the problem straight away!. Your diet is probably not varied enough but you know that already! You can buy anti gas medication at the chemist too, if you ask the chemist he or she can definitely guide you there!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could have dairy related problems and /or whole grain types of foods!.
My best suggestion is to see your doctor and ask to be referred to a specialist in Gastroenterology!. That is your GI tract or how your stomach and system reacts to foods, etc!.
Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
