Whats a very good and healthy breakfast cereal.?!


Question: Whats a very good and healthy breakfast cereal!.!?
im looking for a cereal that tastes great! has plenty of fiber, doesnt go over about 6G of sugar per serving or maybe a little over that!. one that you can find in any local grocery store!.!.!.!.

and if at all possible one that could remind me of some old classics like rice krispies or lucky charms or something lol!. but i doubt that, so yeah just omit this part of the question unless you really do know of one!.

oh and i also dont want to feel like im eating twigs and stuff i want something that will get soft and absorb the milk!.

please help!.

Kashi Go Lean Cereals are really tasty and healthy!. Kashi Heart 2 Heart also is very healthy!. These cereals don't taste like "twigs" and are full of fiber!. Each serving has about 6 gms of sugar or less!.
