Hmmm!.!.!.!.usually Raisin Bran or some kind of toast with little fragments of healthy goodies (fruit, wheat nuts, "honey nut clusters") through out them makes for a good breakfast addition!. Add butter and a good jam or cinnamon and you're in heaven, mate! You should also try out Rye bread!. It's very healthy for you (lots of Fiber) and is tasty with butter and Grape or Pinnapple jam!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
