Plums, Apples, Bananas?!
Im trying to loose weight and eating these 3 fruits, 2 plums, 1 apple and 1 banana (all at different times through out the day) my questio is: are these packed with vitamins!? because im trying to get healthy flawless skin and feel energetic

Yes, those fruits have tons of vitamins!. However, you won't feel energetic if that is all you're eating!. Your body needs many different vitamins and that means lots of variety!. If you are dead set on a fruit-only diet (which I strongly believe to be unhealthy), switch it up daily!. I used to walk to the market every morning and pick out two pieces of fruit for breakfast!. Everyday was different; I didn't get bored and my body got a wide variety of vitamins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
