Fish Wives Dressing
1/2 cup vege oil
3 T red wine vinegar
1 T chopped chives or green onion
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Easy Cornbread Stuffing
1 cube butter
1 yellow onion, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 box Mrs!. Culbertson's cornbread stuffing mix
2 eggs, beaten
Hot chicken broth
2 lbs spicy turkey italian sausage
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Melt butter in large saute pan and saute onion and celery until onion is translucent!. Remove sausage from casings and saute until no longer pink!. If you're talking about a salad dressing (not bread dressing/stuffing), go with about three parts oil (canola, vegetable or olive) to one part vinegar!. A bit of Dijon mustard will help to give you a good emulsion and give you the right consistency!. Then wisk in some salt, pepper and an herb (basil or tarragon are good)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
