They also want people who can not tolerate sugar to consume products, like diabetics!. While fake sugar isn't any good, you can still find products with sugar in them!. Generally it isnt just fat-free it's LIGHT!. WHich is an important distinction because light means lower in calories!. Using sugar wouldn't lower the calories like other sweetners will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because the target market for fat free yoghurt is women who are watching their weight!. By using fake sugars, they drastically reduce the calorie count!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
