I absultly hated breakfest when i was a kid,and i became quite ill i had stomach pains low enegry i was grumpy all the time,the docter sugested abusltly everything,but nothing worked,i finally gave up and dealed with being like this,one day when i was at the docter getting a flue shot,he said make sure you eat ur breakfest and laughed(he was a old fmaily friend docter who new my problem)I dont i laughed,Hang on what he said,he then told me all the dangers and why i need to eat breakfest,he told me if you dont eat breakfest you dont have the energy for the rest of the day,and that breakfest is more healthy then lunch or dinner,and without it, it causes stomach pain plus all my symtems,i started eating breakfest,one week later i felt better compeltly better!

Eating breakfest is the MOST important meal of the day,so if people arent i suggest you start or you could end up like me,its not PROBALLY going to happen you see i have a weak stomach,but you never know,and without breakfest theres other risks aswell,like energy!

So eat your breakfest!

It is very important to eat breakfast in the morning because if there is no food in stomach we have no energy to do any work!.!.If you continue by not eating in morning there will be many problems like digestion, stomach pain, energy lose, stomach cancer etc!. you can say this is rubbish this is not true!.My friend will not eat in morning and will eat in afternoon!.He had stomach pain , no proper digestion , at last he had stomach cancer by an operation he was reborn!.So please eat in morning afternoon night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think one of the main reasons is to make your metabolism faster and you tend to eat less during the day!. I don't think breakfast has to be a big meal, an egg in the morning would be really good!.
Sometimes if I'm not hungry I will wait till mid-morning and eat a meal for breakfast and lunch!. I've started The Day Off Diet, and I've lost weight eating breakfast and following the plan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The food we eat is the fuel our bodies need to function properly!. If we skip breakfast, we are likely to become tired when our brains and bodies run low on fuel!.

By mid-morning, if we've skipped breakfast, we tend to wolf down a sweet roll or candy bar to perk us up again!.

Then, by lunch time we are hungry, crabby, and perhaps our mood might make us a little more prone to making unhealthy choices at lunch!. Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day!Www@FoodAQ@Com

as the other users mentioned you really need the energy boost in the morning, another point is that if you eat less at breakfast you tend to have a snack or eat more at lunch!. which in the long run makes you consume more calories and blahdiblahdiblah!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Usually, Morning is the busiest time of the day so like a car or any vehicle you need some energy to keep you going!.
