Since the turkey is marinated don't wait too long to grill!. Leaving it in the marinade(if it is acidic) can make the meat mushy!.
If you have used a wet marinade you might want to pat them dry before putting them on the grill so they sear quickly!.
Light the grills and when they are hot put the turkey on the grill!. When seared on one side flip over!. They are not going to take long, especially if they are thin!.
Do not over crowd the grill or the meat will steam rather than grill!.
The grilled veggies sound wonderful!. If you can do the turkey on one grill and the veggies on the other that might be best!. The veggies have a lot of moisture and may hinder the grilling!. It depends upon how much you are trying to grill and how big the grills are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if the meat is marinated then I don't think there is anything else to do apart from lighting the barbie!!
For veggies try half tomatoes, quartered bell peppers, and thickly sliced courgette!. sprinkle them with salt and pepper (may be some italian seasoning but not much) and cover it with olive oil!. Leave it for at least 2 hours (or in the fridge overnight) and put it on the bbq when the meat is almost ready!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are cooking on a BBQ, in my opinion the key to success is marinating!. My recipe for marinade is as follows (this will taste amazing on chicken or turkey)
take a tub or natural yougurt, and add the juice and rind(grated) of a lemon or a lime, 3 or 4 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 or 3 cm of root ginger finely chopped, 3 or 4 chillies with seeds removed and finely chopped, a handful of chopped coriander leaves, a couple of teaspoons of garam masala spice blend, and a couple of spoonfulls of wholegrain mustard!.
Now all you need to do is coat your meat in this, and put it in a non metalic bowl, covered with clingfilm, in the fridge for at least 2 hours!. i guarantee that this will taste awesomeWww@FoodAQ@Com

make sure the turkey is taken out of the fridge 30min before uses as if you don't the the long time to reach core temp drying it out !. Make sure the coals are grey and oil dripping on the coals will cause flame and smoke so best using a you got infused with spices or satay st-lye type !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
