If it is brown rice, boiled, it would be very good for you!. White rice, boiled with water and oil or butter would be a little fatty!. Fried rice like egg fried rice etc would probably be about the worst type!. And rice pudding!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. if prepared with full fat cream and butter and sugar!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Rice is starchy!. starch turns into sugar!. sugar gets stored as fat!. so technically it's not fatty!. but it causes fat people if that's all you eatWww@FoodAQ@Com
