Not wrong, but you're going to get one mutha of an insulin spike!.

Please for the life of you, take the meals with fiber!! Not crappy psyllium husk fiber, I'm talking about powerful soluable fiber like PolyGlycopleX or Glucomannan with each meal!! It will also help control sugar cravings, and less appetite!.

I've had cereal with cut-up bananas in it!. It's sooo good!. And i've also had banana's on the side, if that was your question!. You might wanna hold off on the sugar and peach butter, unless it's good!. 'Cause you see I've never tried it with that, so I wouldn't know!. Well anyways, hope I helped!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not unless you should have been sharing with some one else in the house!! There is nothing wrong with even sugars for most people!!

If you didn't have to share, don't worry about being a piggy!! But if you want another couple of bananas tomorrow and you ate them all up today, you may be in your own dog house!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont think so, but the loaded with sugar doesn't sound the healthest!. why don't you try to skip the sugar or use a sugar substitute like splenda!. if you cant live without the sugar, only use a little!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
