Question: Im 14!. what are some healthy foods and snacks and meal that are easy to make!?
i dont eat pork or ham or anything that comes from a pig and i also dont eat lobster, shrimp, calamari, and those types of animals!.!.!.!. i do eat fish such as tuna, yellow tail, salmon, and i love salmon roe (the orange type of caviar)!. i love chicken breast like white meat chicken!.!.!. wat are some tasty snacks and side dishes that aren't boring!.!.!. i always just have rice and beans and i'd like to try new things!.!.!. i tried plantains!.!.!. but what are some others!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

chicken an lettuce u can make a salad or
chicken lettuce wraps those are good basically just chicken rolled in a piece of lettuce an you can put some cheese !.
cottage cheese and fruit
fruit salads
hidden valley oat bars those are good
crystal light lemonade
