Here are my favorite ways of eating my veggies!.

2!. Juice them raw! This way I can consume pounds of veggies (especially the dark green leafy vegetables, like kale) in one simple cup! Jimbo's naturally! also sells Emerald Bliss which is all organic veggie juice, which I like!.

I sometimes eat them raw, or with a dip!. Right now, my little craze is eating steamed veggies with no dip, or oil, maybe just a little bit of salt!. Sometimes if i have enough ingredients, I'll make a salad, even with just lettuce, tomato, and baby carrots!. Healthy and it's low-calorie!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the vegetable!. I guess like vegetables raw if they can be put in a salad!. If they taste best cooked, then I eat them that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
this time of year I can't think of any veg that can't or shouldn't be cooked on the grill!. Really good if marinated in a fat free Italian dressing, watch for flare ups with the marinadeWww@FoodAQ@Com
