For me, Sirloin, a min of 1 inch thick!. I dont like a lot of fat on my meat!.
After tenderizing, I do Jack Daniels and A1 with a lil creole for a marinade!. Let that sit for about 30 min!.
Pour the left over marinade on the steak as you grill, to bring the flames up, gives you a nice "crust" on the steak!. Cook to medium!. Enjoy!.
If you wana skip the JD; Worcestershire, A1 and Creole make a great flavored marinade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rib Eye steak
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Place steak onto a large plate and top with dressing and sauce!. Cover with foil and marinate for 30 minutes before cooking!. *Keep the steak in the refrigerator just before marinating!. Make sure you grill the steak over hot coals!. The coals are ready when they turn gray in your bar-b-que!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The T-Bone contains elements of both the ribeye and the sirloin on either side of the T!. So if your into variety l(ike me), that is the best of the options that you gave!.
For all steaks, the tenderloin is generally considered the best cut of beef!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Porterhouse and T-Bones- The smaller portion on them is a filet, the best meat on a cow!. The larger portion is a new york strip!. Difference between t-bone and porterhouse is that porterhouse has a bigger fillet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sirloin was given the name and title after it was eaten by royalty ( please help if you know who)!. The steak was so good it was knighted and forever known as Sir loin shortened to sirloin!. Try one there greatWww@FoodAQ@Com
