the one in the freezer is definitely ok!. --how long has the 1 in the refrigerator been opened if at all--- the expiration date is not the bad date it is the sale by date and if it was stored right the ham in the refrigerator would probably still be good BUT if has been open since before the 2nd and been out of the refrigerator a few times to use toss it!. I buy foods on the expiration date and use it long after that date!. just check it and use it accordingly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Your freezer ham should be fine!. The thawed one (If not unwrapped) should be fine as well!. Of course your nose will tell you so!. Another way to tell is if the meat is shinny and slimy looking it is probably bad!. Ham is usually cured & or salted sometimes smoked which gives it a longer life as long as it is covered well & refrigerated!. I think we are all too paranoid!. Common sense serves you best!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
#1 rule of thumb -- if it's thawed and smells bad -- ditch it!!
It should be good one week past exp date then get rid of it This only holds true if the fresh Ham is smoked or cured
#2 rule of thumb -- if it's been in the freezer 6mos --ditch it!
It will have freezer burn by now & you don't want to taste/risk itWww@FoodAQ@Com

check if the date is "sell by" or "use by" on the thawed ham the frozen one should be fine as the freezing would kill any bacteria and stop any others from forming!.
Use your nose on the thawed, and as we say in the business!.!.!.!.!.!.!."when in doubt, throw it out"

The one in the freezer should be fine!.
If the other one hasn't been frozen it probably isn't good!. You should be able to smell it and tell!. If it smells bad then toss it!. Actually, since it is so far past the date, if it even smells a little off I wouldn't eat it!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The frozen one is fine as long as it's been frozen since before its expiration date!.
I would probably forget about the one that's been in the fridge though!.
10 days past due date is pretty long for meat, even if it is cooked!.
2 days, maybe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The frozen one- yes!. The thawed- well- smell it!. But the BEST rule of thumb- "If in doubt, throw it out" better waste a ham then spend the night in the emergency room!Www@FoodAQ@Com
