Question: I hate milk!?
I really hate milk and when I drink it it makes me want to spit it up!. What food and drinks should I eat to get the calcium!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I drink soy milk!. You can drink soy milk or rice milk!. They both come in all different flavors!.

soy milk is worst than cow milk, i also hate milk, hate since i was 3 months old!.!.!.!. the smell makes me want to puke, instead i drink a chinese/ japanese or korean fermented milk, search for the word YAKULT, it's a little bottle that comes in 5 packs it's delicious!.!.!.!.!.i love it many kids drink that, but is good for adults too, just don't OD lol, because is very caloric, 80calories a bottle!.!.!.!.!.!.anyways, you could always drink shakes, and yorgutes!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well i don't like milk unless i drink it through a straw and i know orangejuice has calcium and you can also take pills it is rally hard to find things with a lot of calcium besides milk but god luck also try warm milk or steamed milk and try using it for hot chocolateWww@FoodAQ@Com

I drink soymilk!. That is yummy!. But do you eat any other dairy products; yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese!. You can also get calcium supplements in pill form, orange juice with calcium, there are lots of other ways!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wholegrain bread, Muesli, green veges, sardines have a lot!.
Try cheese, it is one of the best sources for calcium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't drink milk either, it makes me gag!
I eat thinks like pudding and things that require alot of milk but you don't taste it!. I eat alot of cheese and Mac and Cheese as well!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
