You can break this addiction by cutting refined carbohydrates (read: sugar and flour) out of your diet, but it's not necessarily easy!. You might even experience what's known as "carb withdrawal" - a literal withdrawal from carbohydrates!

If you suffer from low bloodsugar (and it sounds like you do), going on a low-carbohydrate diet is the best thing you can do for yourself!. Been there, done it!. ;)

You could be PISSED OFF because you crave either sugar, salt or something very tasty to you!.

Very many people suffer from "hypoglycemia"!. If they don't eat, something, when their blood sugar is lowering, their mood become rather hostile!.

Junk food is not real food!. Your body can't accept real food because of all the goodness it contains, i!.e vitamins, proteins etc!. Try real food for ,say a month, it will change your life!. Does your sex life a bit of good as well!. So if that is not encouragement, i don't know what is!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
