Answers:
If the lettuce is fresh you should be OK!. Go ahead and add your cucumber, carrots, red cabbage and uncut cherry tomatoes!. It should be just fine as long as you don't add the dressing!.
This would be the same as purchasing the pre-made salads in the bags!. As long as you don't cut the tomatoes open, they will be just fine in your salad, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, once you make the cut into the vegetables, they are open to spoiling!. You can store a made salad for a day, maybe!. Depending upon what is in it!. The juices from the tomato will make the other things wilt!. It won't be crunchy anymore!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wouldnt be looking at keeping it more than the 2-3 days
your carrots will become dry and rubbery and your lettice will start to brown if its off the stalkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Nope!. You'll gt 2 days and even then certain lettuces/veggies may already have started turning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Two or three days is about it!. It holds up better if it's dry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
