Question: Best Tea for Adding Flavors!?
So I want to buy I tea that I can play around and add additional flavors to!. Which type would best carry these additional flavours but still leave some of the tea taste!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

any plain black tea will do!. from there, you can add in spices, like cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon, etc!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use regular ol' black pekoe tea as a base and then brew it with peach teabags or mint teabags or other flavors!.
For 1/2 gallon of tea I boil 2 quarts of water with a total of 5 teabags!.!.!.either 3 plain and 2 flavored or 3 flavored and 2 plain depending on how strong the flavor is!. Let it steep for an hour or two and then mix with 2 quarts of cold water and about 3/4 cup of white sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
