Im on my summer workout!.
And Usually in the morning
If its not oatmeal!. I Will Eat Cereal!.
The 2 Cereals I eat are usually:
Cinnamon Life

Fruit Loops

With Vitamin D Milk or Fat Free Milk!.
Do These Cereals Have too much sugar in them!?
And Should I Substitute a diff cereal!.
BTW I Do Workout 3-4 times a week!.
And I Do Eat Healthy !.
Just want to know If I can eat healthier for Breakfast
