I like miso but don't want to have that much tofu!. Is there a vegan broth-based soup/recipe that you can recommend!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alright Toots, here you go!.!.!.!.
In a pot heat some water, add as much miso as tastes good to you!. You don't need tofu although I will say this, since you are looking for vegan recipes, it would be a good source of protein or something essential!. Add some sliced mushrooms, minced scallions (green onions) maybe a little Sambal (hot chili if you like some heat) and perhaps some julienned carots and/or celery!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chinese cabbage Soup

Ingredients

1 chinese cabbage
half a packet of yellow bean
1 1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 chicken cube
1 tsp MSG (optional)
fishball (optional) (depend on how much you want to eat)

Directions

Boil a pot of water then add in the yellow bean!.
Let it boil in low heat for around 15 - 20 min
Add 1 chicken cude in and stir the soup!.
now add fish sauce and MSG, taste the soup and see if there is enough favour!.
if not add more fish sause!.
Cut the cabbage into smaller pieces then throw all into the soup!.
Cover the pot and let it boil in low heat for half an hour!.
Add the fishball and let it boil till the fishball float up!.

Voila!!!
