Make the ribs and the leg quarters in a nice bbq marinade of your choice!. Add sides of your choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could use a mix of any of the 5 along with onion, tomatoe, mushrooms, peppers!.!.etc!.!. and make shish kabobs!. if you dont want to use all at once, a fav recipie of mine is sweet honey chicken!. boil the chicked for about 5 - 8 minutes, remove from pot!. puncture chicken with fork/knife several times all around each piece!. coat with honey, then roll each piece in brown sugar!. heat oven to 350* and bake for however long recomended for whichever chicken pieces you are using!. (boneless usually take about 20-30 mins, leg quarters and drummies about 45 - 1hour) half way threw cooking, glaze chicken with a little bit more honey!. this recipie is also really good with baked apples!. (bake them in the same pan as the chicken, except sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon)Www@FoodAQ@Com
