Any reccomendations for healthy chinese food?!


Question: Any reccomendations for healthy chinese food!?
Tonight we are ordering from a standard chinese takeout place!. Anyone want to help me get something somewhat healthy!? The kinds of foods I like there are the pork fried rice, pork lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, the broccoli, etc!. I know those aren't healthy (besides the vegetables!), so if there's any other things on there that are tasty and kind of healthy, please tell me! I don't have their menu on me, but I know it's the standard stuff!. By the way, I HATE seafood, and I don't like steamed dumplings (at least, not the pork ones)

Most chinese takeout places have a steamed or diet menu!. Stick to that stuff, because even the vegetables on the rest of the menu are cooked in oil and have tons of fat and calories!. The steamed veggies are usually pretty good, and I like the steamed chicken with snow peas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
