That we peel the banana the wrong way!.!.!. monkeys peel it at the opposite end we do and that if you peel it the way they do that all the annoying stringy stuff won't stick to the fruit inside!. anyone hear about that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I've heard this also but have never tried it!. It's supposed to be easier to peel that way also!. Ha!!.!.!.and I work in produce too!. Think I'll give it a try at work tomorrow!Www@FoodAQ@Com
