Question: I'm going to eat out (Chinese) soon, and I need to know what items off the buffet are lowest in carbs!.!?
Answers:
If its covered in sauce, then note that the sauce will probably have some kind of sugar as well as corn starch in it, so CARBS are there!.
Stay away from the rice since it is all carbs too!. None of the appetizers, either, all carbs!.
Ummm that leaves you with Egg Drop soup off the buffet!. But If you want to eat chinese, (american chinese I assume) Then you should ask them to make you a dish but leave out sugar or do the sauce on the side and eat beef and broccoli (sauce on side) moogoo gi pan (sauce on the side) etc!.!.!.!.!. they will normally i do it for you if you ask nicely!.
Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say to avoid anything that is fried (friend chicken, crab rangoons, fried shrimp") or has a thick sauce to it (like orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken)!. The steamed chicken looks boring but it is really good!. Try and focus on items that will fill you up and taste good at the same time like chinese soup and steamed meats and veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Steamed veggies and water!. Buffet serve foods that are high in carbs so you'll get full sooner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have vegetabe soup :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only thing i know is that there veggies are good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no white rice and nothing with any sauce
so bland chicken and steamed veggiesWww@FoodAQ@Com

egg drop soup, chow mein noodles, and brocolliWww@FoodAQ@Com
