i'd say plant the sprouts and eat what they grow into!. I wouldn't eat it if the inside is growing!. I haven't seen any of the ones I grow do that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That squash was not fit to eat! It should have been moist to the touch and none of the seeds should have sprouted!. You unfortunately had and old, ripe squash that was ready for the trash!Www@FoodAQ@Com
