Question: Good/Bad fruits/Vegetables!?
Fruits and Vegetables should be a huge part of our diet, I know this!. But are there any fruits/vegetables that we should stay away from!? And why!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most all vegetables are good simply because they are starches, which are slow to absorb!.!.!.

Fruits, on the other hand, are a little more tricky!.!.!. All fruits contain a simple sugar called fructose which is a monosaccharide!. In small amounts it is OK, but on large amounts it will put fat on you faster than any of the other sugars, including table sugar!. Meaning, fruits by themselves are OK, but most to all fruit juices you should be very careful with!.

In short!.!.!. Vegetables (All Good)!.!.!. and !.!.!. Fruits (Good In small amounts, but not in juice form)

Best vegatable for you!.!.!.!.I believe is dinosaur kale!. You can buy it at nicer grocery stores and it is great chopped, cooked briefly in a tiny bit of water and minced garlic!. Then pour off the water and heat it with a splash of olive oil and soy sauce (I like it better with sesame oil, but it's not as healthy)!. I can't think of any unhealthy veggies, except salmonella tomatoes (yuck)!. Summer squash has very little value to it, just like iceberg lettuce!. Everything else is wonderful- you need a bit of each color every day to get all your nutrients!. It seems like the more intense the color (bright red or deep green, etc!.) the better and more nutritious the fruit or vegetable is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would have to say nope!. Different fruits and veggies have both of their pros and cons!. Live avocados: they're high in fat, but they are a wonderful source of copper, magnesium, potassium, zinc, vitamin B6, the list goes on!. Fruits like apples can have 13 grams of sugar or more, but they are an excellent source of fiber and vitamin c!. So, yeah some do have some 'down sides' but in the end, you body is soooo much better off eating anything that grows from the ground than something processed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a number of studies have said that blueberries are one of the best fruits (and foods) for you in the world!.

also, broccoli is really good for you, but if you steam it too long, or boil it, you can destroy any of the cancer-fighting compounds in it, so eat it raw or lightly steamedWww@FoodAQ@Com

No!.!.!.not unless your alergic to them!. But its good to eat grean veggies and carrots are good for the eyes!. Corn is useless for you, but it tastes good!. All fruits are good!.!.!.they hidrate you and fill you on natural vitamins and minerals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really cannot think of any!. Avocados ARE good for you in moderation!. They contain a GOOD fat that your body needs!. Its a fat not a cholestral!. Bananas are good to help you relax at night because of the potassium they contain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
