I'm in South Florida too!. Here are two of my favorites!.!.!.

Fruit kebabs - You can even pick up some of the Marie's fruit dip from Publix if you want!. It's in the produce section!. You'd be surprised how fast they go compared to a regular fruit salad!. People like to eat things on sticks!. :)

Guacamole & chips
3 Haas avocados
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 or 2 limes
Salt
My secret "what's that!?" ingredient - a heaping scoop of chopped pickled jalapenos with a little of the juice!.

Mash up avocado with a fork and fold in everything else!. Even people who don't like guacamole like this because of the lime and jalapenos!. also, I don't mush it up like baby food, so there is still some texture to it!.

Miss Rhonda - I'm in WPB too!. Your avocado dip looks yummy!. Can't wait to try it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
