I often make scallops, sometimes I buy them fresh, but most of the time I buy them frozen!.!.!. yes you can leave them till the next day, just like any other seafood as long as you keep them refrigerated!.!.!. bon appetitWww@FoodAQ@Com

What you have to ask yourself is, the cost of another Packet of Scallops against the Possibility of Three Weeks in Hospital in Intensive Care is it worth it !. You have to be extremely careful with shellfish at any time, you Chose!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

anything which is defrosted for the first time can be eaten in 4-5 days if you keep in refrigirator!.but, once you defrosted you cannot freeze them up!.if you are in doubt please run this in a cold water before you cookWww@FoodAQ@Com

No,don`t eat them!.!.or any shellfish!.Defrost and cook right away!.Another bag of scallops is cheap compared to food poisoning from shellfish!.!.!.believe me!Www@FoodAQ@Com

as long as they are refrigerated and bag is sealed good, there should be no problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wouldn't eat scallops that have been sitting in water in the fridge for days!. They will have no flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

some foods should never be bought frozen and scallops is oneWww@FoodAQ@Com
