I am a former chef with 27 years experience!. I was trained at the New York Institute of Culinary Arts!. I am an educator extraordinaire and have worked at major hotels!. I am a certified small kitchen appliance reviewer and am practiced at both Asian and European Cuisines!. Believe it or not, I have cooked for the military and in 4 star restaurants!. I am a fully trained pastry chef, as well, as well as a saucier!. I noticed your little problem and have deigned to help you!. I'm sorry!. What was the question again!?
Look, kid, you've been given a lot of good advice here!. So I'll just add this: DON'T DO WHAT I DID!!!
I was going to be an actor!. They told me to put on some pancake!. I've been schlupping food ever since!. PAY ATTENTION!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sorry I cannot help you with the school, but I live in Europe at the moment!.!.!. however here in Europe a Baker and a patissiere are two distinctly different areas!. A Baker makes all kinds of different breads including things like croissants and chocolate bread, while a confectioner creates, tarts, all desserts, eclairs, and anything else that contains sugar, like marzipan and nougat etc!. The training is tough and after they pass their tests and other qualifications the are allowed to call themselves artists!.!.!. we actually have a chocolate and sugar museum here, where artisans create real artwork made just with chocolate and sugar!.!.!. statues and such, it's incredible!.!.!. anyway, maybe you should apply in a French or German school, they are really very good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
