you can make breakfast rice!. Do you have any white rice!? Prepare it as you would, I think it is equal parts water to rice, read the package!. After it is cooked and fluffy, add in a cup of milk, some butter, and some sugar, and cook on low until the liquid is absorbed again!. You can also add raisins, and brown sugar or honey!. cinnamon is good too!. What you end up with is a very nice breakfast cereal that is very yummy! oh, and you can actually top it with some more butter, and add some maple syrup too! (you could add some walnuts too, or almonds while it is cooking as well) And, don't forget to have some milk with that, or some juice, it is good for you!
I just wanted to also say, that if you go ahead and stir it frequently after you add the milk to the rice, and cook it on low, it will not stick to the pan!. Make sure to watch it, as milk can boil over quickly if on too high of a temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well as a guy i eat a bowl of "fiber one" everyday!. its good and with a little fat free milk and some fruit slices you can get your daily fiber intake!. plus if you put a whole banana sliced on top you can almost get your daily fruit intake, and with non fat milk cant go wrong while keping it all under 500 calories!. also "total"cereal is good if you don't want to take the fiber plunge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
