Question about milk...?!
A friend of mine says it is better to drink 1% Milk (has 100 Calories & 20 Fat Calories)!. I say it is better to drink Fat Free Milk (90 Calories & 0 Fat Calories)!.

It really depends on the meaning of 'better' and the preference of the drinker!. If you are drinking for taste and have no health problems, then the 1% would be a better choice!. If you have health problems or need to watch your weight, then the fat free milk would be the better choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Personally, I don't like ANY lower fat milks:) My daughter's pediatrician recommended whole milk for my grandkids until they're 18 mos; and then switching to 2% (if that's any help:) !.!.!.!.!.!.!.did you know that ALL milk has at least 13 g of SUGAR in a cup!? !.!.!.!.!.!.Try Vanilla or chocolate soymilk (especially 8th Continent); it's yummyWww@FoodAQ@Com
If you''re looking for no fat, and less calories, with just as much calcium, of course skim milk is the best-If you can't tolerate how watery normal skim milk tastes, try "Over the Moon" skim/0% fat-Tastes like 2%, really!!
