protein is important in the morning, to raise your blood sugar slowly and keep it elevated - giving you more energy during the day!. But, it can just be a piece of cheese, or a hard-boiled egg - with a piece of fruit!.!.!.!.!.!.Breakfast doesn't need to be a 3 egg omelet, toast and hash browns! Just something simple & nutritious to help you start the day !.!.!.!.!. Breakfast is important because it gets your metabolism going in the morning, and then you can burn those calories throughout the day!. If you eat breakfast, you "supposedly" will eat a lighter lunch and dinner, but I don't buy it!. As long as you don't eat late at night and you eat healthy and stay active throughout the day, it should be fine!. I don't eat breakfast, it's too early to eat when I get up, and I'm thin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 it gives you energy

because when your body doesn't get a certain amount of food a day it enters a starvation mode and burns calories slower,
as for your thin friends,

they are blessed with a good metabolism

one time i ate breakfast in the morning and i felt hungry all that day!. I'd say ur body adapts to different situations, like mine has to not eating breakfast!.
