I would up my calories to 400 if i were you!. I would eat a grilled chicken wrap with tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce!. You can add some salsa for flavor!. Another good recipe is 2 slices on turkey on one slice of whole grain bread with alfalfa sprouts and avocados!. yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com
